The SITUATION:   Here's an awesome customer experience from a recent Watkins job in the Mason, Ohio area! This customer's two-story Warren County house was uncomfortably hot in the heart of summer. They couldn't figure out what was wrong, but they knew their HVAC system was old and they were eager to get the temperature down in their house as soon as possible. This customer called around to several AC maintenance companies in Cincinnati, Mason, and Lebanon, looking to find someone who could do the job quickly and effectively.

The SOLUTION:   After talking to several HVAC companies, this customer found Watkins Heating & Cooling to be the most knowledgeable about his situation and the best price for the job. First, one of our air conditioning experts did a free assessment of their central air situation and found exactly what was wrong with the system. We discussed the different options and laid the prices out for each in the beginning, and the customer decided to do a complete HVAC system replacement as their A/C and furnace were both pushing 15 years old. Our technicians replaced this gentleman's old Carrier outdoor air conditioning unit with a new N4A4S Performance Central Air Conditioner.
