Is it time to replace your heating & cooling system? How do you choose the right furnace or the right installer? We understand this decision can be daunting, and we’ve done everything we can to make the process simple. With a quality heating and air conditioning system lasting 15-20 years, it is worth the effort to find the right system installed by the right company. A wise investment now will make your home comfortable and efficient for years to come.
A modern air conditioner is not an appliance you can simply un-box and plug in. The efficiency, comfort, and reliability depends almost entirely on the way it’s installed. It’s not what you buy, but who installs it that matters most.
HVAC Design Process
How important is it that you make an informed buying decision? Shopping for a new heating and cooling system has become more complicated with new technology, more difficult installation requirements, efficiency ratings and operating cost, energy rebates, factory rebates, tax credits, warranties, etc. These are very real factors that will affect your Total Cost (initial investment + future repairs + energy usage). Our comfort consultants will take as much time as you need to become a well-informed buyer. This process could take from 45 minutes to a couple hours.
Many heating companies send out a high-pressure salesman with more training on “overcoming price objections” than on solving comfort and airflow problems. Our people have the experience needed to identify and solve complex comfort issues and make sure your new system is more comfortable than your old one. Click here to request a free estimate.
Old furnaces and air conditioners tend to break at the worst times. To help you with this unexpected expense, we always have multiple financing plans available to fit your budget. Specific financing terms vary throughout the year with factory promotions, so be sure to ask your comfort consultant for details. Financing is provided with approved credit by Wells Fargo Financial National Bank, an Equal Housing Lender. Click here to apply.
Our Air Conditioner Installation Process
No Shortcuts – A home comfort system is not just a furnace and an air conditioner, it’s an installed system with many other components. The materials and processes that we use insure quality on the entire project. A few examples that set us apart are better insulation on refrigerant lines, dry nitrogen purging while brazing, deep evacuation confirmed by a micron gauge, and sealed combustion venting. Some companies may offer the same Trane equipment but shortcut on all the supporting components. A poor installation will compromise your system’s reliability, and could shorten its lifespan to less than five years!
Thorough Startup – Without precise startup adjustments, your new system could be as much as 30% less efficient than advertised. Many installers in this industry do not have the training or time to perform a proper startup and checkout procedure. Ask for a copy of our commissioning & start-up checklist.
Support – We are not in the business of simply “moving boxes.” We have a very competent, responsive, and friendly service department standing ready to service your system for the long haul.
Experience/training – In addition to our rigorous in-house training program,
our people log many hours in factory training to stay in sync with new technologies. We also maintain a vigilant quality control and continuous improvement program.
No subcontractors – Subcontractors are paid by the job so their only concern is getting in and out. Our installers are well-paid, loyal employees who are committed to doing the job right. In fact, they can only earn bonuses for Perfect Jobs, not fast jobs.
