Watkins was able to send someone out quickly and Chris was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue to get our heat back up and running. Unable to comment on cost since we were under warranty.

Aaron is a great team member for the Watkins team! My only comment is that my request when making the appointment for a new filter was not shared to Aaron, and thus he did not have a new filter for my furnace.

The salesman was knowledgeable and covered the available system options very well. The installation scheduling was reasonable, and the installation team was really outstanding. Their craftmanship was evident in the final installation results. I waited to complete this review to see how well the new system works. The new system maintains the house at a comfortable temperature and humidity, is easy to operate and has reduced my energy costs.
