Nick is a highly skilled technician and quickly diagnosed the problem with our system. Extremely polite and took care not to track any dirt in the house. I’ve always had good service from Watkins with their great technicians!

This is the second time Tony has serviced my HVAC unit-the first to replace a broken condensate pump after hours and the second for regular maintenance on my furnace. He was prompt both times, notifying me he was in his way. So appreciated! He took care of the issue with professionalism and kindness. Advised me of the service plans offered but without pressure to purchase. I was referred to Watkins by a friend who was likewise pleased with them. I much prefer the 2 hour appt window over others’ 4 hr timeframe. Looking forward to continuing the relationship with Watkins if Tony is any indication of their integrity.

Really appreciate the ease of scheduling with the office. Janeth was great to work with for the 6 month inspection. As this was my first inspection with Watkins, she fully explained the protection plan. Friendly personality and worked quickly around the house on the HVAC system.

By having Watkins come twice a year and do a thorough check and maintenance on my furnace and a/c unit, it gives our family comfort in knowing we don’t have to worry about potential problems arising.

So So very pleased with Watkins from top to bottom! My AC went out the Friday of a holiday weekend and was able to get a service guy, Tony, out the next day. I had lost most of my refrigerant due to a leak. The system was 28 yrs old so I wanted an estimate on replacement. Tony scheduled me for est. the next day, Sunday of Labor Day weekend(!!) with Tim. I was given several options. After choosing, the A-1 team of Jameson, David & Kevin came out & had me going that day! They found some issues from previous install which they fixed & determined best install using 1 yr filter which they tossed in! Every person I talked to from office thru installation was professional, courteous, attentive to detail & answered all of my many questions. The cleanup & install was just amazing!! I would recommend Watkins to anyone!

Nick did a thorough job. I’ve had other companies perform service on my system and thought he was excellent by comparison. Nick did a good job of explaining some of the details of my programmable thermostat.

Chris was so great! He was right on time, polite and friendly. I appreciate his sense of humor and keeping the brevity of the situation light. (Who is ever thrilled to spend money on repairs?!) That said, he is the best! My husband and I were pleased with his efficiency, expertise, professionalism and problem solving. Thanks Chris! Keep up the great work. Stay cool 😎
