Jim was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and informative on both the A/C units and furnaces. I had another estimate that was a little less but Jim actually spent the time to go over everything with me in person. I was referred to Jim and I would be happy to refer him to others.

Daniel is amazing hope to friend him thru church… Daniel told me he has great pride working for Watkins because of the exceptional care they take of their customers. My mother died during recently during a time of yearly service and the realization of needing a new system; once Daniel learned of this a care package from Watkins was left at my door full of kindness and uplifting items… I am a lifetime customer; you just don’t find service and compassion like this anymore!

The install team, lead by Rafael, did an excellent job. They took the extra time to do everything just right. They cleaned up after themselves and protected our floors during the entire install. I highly recommend this team and especially Rafael who was fantastic.

Top level service

Both service technicians were very professional when installing my new furnace and A/C. They covered the carpet with sheets and cleaned up when they left. They were very detailed in explaining how things operate before they left. They obviously knew how to install both units. I was impressed on how well they worked as a team and independently!! It was an all day project and they really seemed to enjoy what they do!
