Bryce gave us very thorough furnace inspection. He was on time and very knowledgeable . Our furnace is old and he was very honest with our diagnosis and wasn’t pushy to fix or replace, just gave us options.

Ive used Watkins for way over a decade. Theyve never let me down, never upset me, and always stand behind their service. And Ive yet to meet anyone from Watkins that wasnt the friendliest of people. And knowledgeable and honest. They always respect my home and property as well. Today a pleasant young named Braeden performed a yearly service for us and I couldnt have been more pleased. Answered every question I had, helped me to understand some things and all with a smile. Like I said Ive been using Watkins for well ovet a decade and have no plans to search elsewhere.

My technician, Austin, was great! He not only does a great job with equipment reviews but is so friendly. He’s very good at answering questions about the heating & AC units. He recommended we install surge protectors on the units to protect the circuits from being damaged or destroyed by a strong power surge. With the intense storms we seem to have more of now I thought it was a small price to pay for protecting my new units. He installed them and went over how to verify they are operating correctly. He is just so relaxed and confident. You would feel no worries if you sent him to work on your grandmothers furnace! She’d love him too! Down home friendly - good service will keep me a Watkins Mechanical client for a long time!

Good service with blue shoe covers used! He shared a concern with the A/C unit draw on voltage. I would like to get that repaired in the Spring 2027.
