I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Watkins Heating & Air. From beginning to end, their professionalism, promptness, attentiveness, and level of customer care have been exceptional. Because of my professional background, I am normally someone who obtains three quotes from three different vendors before making a significant purchase. This time, however, I did my research, asked questions, and ultimately felt confident choosing Watkins — and I have not regretted that decision for one moment. I have the silver plan and love that Watkins calls me to schedule when it’s time so that I don’t have to set a reminder. They come right when they are supposed to and thoroughly make sure my furnace and ac are running effectively.
