I appreciate the check up reminders for service to our units. We have an older home. The Watkins experience give us peace of mind that our units are still operating as they should

Conscientious technician and experienced. Diagnosed issues with 5 ton AC unit and made repairs in a reasonable time. Tested and checked 4 more units and did not do unnecessary work that would increase time and costs. Therefore, total cost for these 4 units was less than expected.

Austin was thorough and communicated results of his inspections, servicing and preventative measures to extend life of the system.

We had one of our AC units down. Chris came out to the church on time and evaluated the unit. Was able to determine a couple items that needed to be adjusted and replaced. He also gave us options for the future since this unit is fairly old. Great information to have.

Still having humidity values above 60%. Still wondering why the unit is not pulling enough water out of air. Fan speed maybe too high. Can’t slowing fan speed down increase efficiency to remove moisture from unit into drain?

Watkins installed our system five years ago. They’ve been wonderful to do business with ever since. Our A/C went out at 9:00pm on Thursday during the current heat wave. Called Watkins Friday morning and they had it up and running by Friday afternoon. Austin W. was our Tech.
