Our technician Dustin today was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable! He did a great job explaining what was needed to repair our air conditioner and gave us options! We appreciated the honesty that he portrayed!

Brad is a very honest and capable technician with a lot of experience. He fixed my furnace a few years ago with a repair that only cost $400, as opposed to the $800-$1200 other companies wanted to charge. Brad is the reason I do business with you guys.

Chris Huber is a great tech. He understands the products well. He is respectful of the property, he gave us an expectation on arrival and he arrived on time. He made additional suggestions how we could improve the durability of our unit and get more for our investment. He serviced the unit inside and out. A 5-star service. I highly recommend Watkins Heating and Cooling. They provide exceptional service long after the initial sale.

Disappointed I did not get a call back when placing the service call, as original person could not answer what Error code 067 was. That alone may have been able to save a trip. All in all, this is going to be about 1 hour's worth of work for roughly $300. I will be shopping for another authorized Trane service provider after this.

Chris was so thorough in checking out our heat pump. He broke down everything that was wrong with it i knew it was far gone but he still took the time to price out what it would cost to fix. He was so easy to talk to. (And my dog liked him, so he’s definitely a good guy)
