I had to make an after hours emergency call to Watkins. I was pleased that I received a call back quickly & they were very kind & courteous & understanding. Watkins answered immediately on a holiday, which I was surprised I and was expecting a voicemail. Eli came out within 20 mins to try and fix our furnace. Unfortunately we needed a new one and they were able to send out a sales person the next day. Only thing I would ding is it is a higher price than what we anticipated.
