We started experiencing issues with our heat pump during the night when the temperature began to get down below 0° I called Watkins in the morning and while I was on the phone with them, they were able to schedule me for later that afternoon. Technician Chris came out and was able to figure out what the issue was quickly. All for $99. Can’t beat that kind of service for the price. Thanks Watkins!

The diagnostic service call was fine. Tony was able to identify the problem quickly. The price was as stated on the phone but, as I pointed out, the number did not agree with price indicated on the website. This was adequately explained at the time I paid but it would have been better had that been made clear when we first called. The issue now is the radio silence that has occurred since the service call. Tony indicated the part would take a ~week to get. It's been a week and I have heard nothing. I tried calling Watkins today and no one picked up. I left a voicemail with contact info and no one called back. I'm beginning to feel like I've been ghosted with a broken furnace in the dead of winter. If the parts on back order fine or if it will be here tomorrow fine but share some information already.
