The techs to come out to install the HVAC system was very thorough. Even found a way to install the new ac were i want it it even it was already found that would be not possible. They went the extra mile to make it happen and did a very good job finishing it. They also were very good at showing an overall usage of the new thermostat and the improvements made to the system an what to look for for future maintenance. The week after installation follow up was on time (testifying of there good professionalism). I do not want the leave out the sales person (Ben) who assisted us on choosing a system that was good for us. He took the time to walk around the property and discuss with me the different options for the installation of the HVAC and what could work best due to the location of the old system and what I wanted to accomplish. I will definitely consider them for the future replacement of the water heater and I'm sure we will be able to discuss different options. Best of luck to you and yours.

Watkins came out to quote me on a new system. Ben was extremely knowledgeable about all of the equipment and answered all of my questions. He was very thorough when doing his load calculations in order to size the system correctly. I felt no pressure to buy or upgrade. After getting other quotes and thinking about it for a week we decided to go with Watkins due to the professionalism they portrayed. Kevin and Jacob came out and installed the system. They were very professional and answered all of my questions about the install. Everything was cleaned up when they were done and the install looks and runs great. I would highly recommend Watkins to anyone needing HVAC work done.
