Rob did a great job of reviewing the options for replacing our total HVAC system, considering both cost and comfort. Once we had decided on a system, he got us on the schedule in 2 days for install, which was great because our a/c was struggling in the 90+deg weather. The installers, Brandon & Dave were also great to work with. They were both very courteous and respectful in explaining the install process and carrying out the work. Rob then returned to check out everything and answer any questions. We are grateful for all their efforts.

Dustin arrived and got right to work. He found a viable option to get the resistor working and restore air flow to our system. Dustin was personable and professional! We are extremely grateful!!

Chris was so thorough in checking out our heat pump. He broke down everything that was wrong with it i knew it was far gone but he still took the time to price out what it would cost to fix. He was so easy to talk to. (And my dog liked him, so he’s definitely a good guy)

I found Chris to be very honest, very efficient and trying to figure out what was wrong with a furnace that he or no one really has experience dealing with, but I was very satisfied with him. I would probably use him again.

Ryan and his crew were prompt, arriving right on time as planned. Each of them were very professional and friendly and worked steadily to get the job done in less than seven hours. They treated my home with respect and cleaned up when the job was complete. Ryan even noticed a gas leak to my water heater and fixed that which I thought was exceptional. I couldn’t have been more pleased and would highly recommend Watkins.

This is the most experienced group I have seen in a long time. Work together well, are very detail orientead , and can change with a customers request easily. They know their product well.
