Tony was great! He called when his schedule changed and he was able to squeeze us in on a Sunday during this unbelievable heat wave when our AC went out. Very respectful and careful in our home. Very friendly and a great problem solver. We have a unique AC/furnace unit and he was able to figure out the issue and resolve it in a timely manner.

Tim was professional, respectful and thorough. Employees and service like this is why Watkins is the only business our family uses. But I took the time to review this service call because our tech, Tim deserves respect for the professional service he gave.

Ryan and his team were outstanding! Very professional and kind. They took time to make sure things were done right and even went above and beyond in certain circumstances. Highly recommend!

Ryan and his crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They went over the game plan and listened to and addressed our concerns about the installation. They also set expectations about their assessment of the work. They did encounter some unexpected problems during the process but handled them quickly and professionally. They finished pretty much on the schedule we discussed at the beginning of the work. At the end, they cleaned up the work areas and went over the operation of the different equipment they installed.

The service was very thorough and not rushed, especially when discussing issues and concerns.

Watkins does great work

After having some duct work done I still had some questions. Watkins sent out a service rep the next day to address my concerns. This was done at no cost and was hassle free. They really do care about their customers!

We had our furnace tuned up for winter and the humidifier repaired. That first night we could not get the furnace to operate. Nick came back the next morning. He walked to the thermostat hit the screen and it fired right up. Neither me nor my wife had been able to make that happen the night before. Nick stuck around and cycled the furnace through all of it's functions even though he could find nothing wrong. He was determined to ensure our satisfaction. We are more than satisfied. The furnace is operating as designed and quieter than it's been in a long time. Thank You Nick.
