Joshua was the technician and he had been the one who had installed my geothermal heating system 7 years ago. I was very impressed with his work so when I found he was working at Watkins, I asked him to service my on-demand hot water heater. I had the appointment within 5 days and he was on time and once again did an excellent job. I felt the charge was about average but was happy to have someone I trusted to do the job regardless of the price of the service.
