Rob came out today to give me a quote for a tankless water heater install and whole home humidifier. We had a full HVAC system installed earlier this year by Watkins, and at that time I didn't even think about asking about the humidifier. We're going tankless because we want to remove our crumbling chimney. I submitted a request yesterday online, got a call yesterday afternoon, Rob came out today. The quote is reasonable, financing is available, and he said they could get it done soon. And Rob not only tolerated my crazy dogs, he welcomed their affection. 10/10

I picked Watkins because of their reputation as a high quality HVAC company. After having them do a tune up on my furnace I’m very happy with the service I received and the price for getting it done. Will be using them in the future!

Annual Furnace Service

She was friendly, informative and went right to work on a humidifier problem and the winter check up.

Daniel and the other person (sorry, I’m completely blanking on the name) were absolutely fantastic! They were extremely thorough, nice, and made this a positive experience. Daniel made sure to inform me of all my options so that I ended up with the whole home humidifier that’s best for me. Even though they were working late on the night before thanksgiving they never rushed and expressed that their only concern was taking care of us! Out of all the companies/people I’ve had work on my home they were by far the best! I’m a huge fan of Watkins now and will always go with you guys as long as people like Daniel are working there!

Michael went about assessing my admittedly vague description of the issue in a respectful and workmanlike manner. He provided an overall report on the condition of my heat pump system with recommendations. Work was completed in a timely manner and the system is operating good so far. Thanks to Watkins and Michael; would recommend!

When jim came to my house to begin installation for a new heat pump , he said the people would arrive here at seven thirty in the morning. So 7 30k 7 45 , 8 o'clock 815. I called the office and explained the situation and they said, oh no.They have to go to the warehouse first and pick up all the equipment and I said , well , I was told they would be here at seven thirty. They did not arrive. Until nine a m. . When Jim showed me the options available to choose from, there were 3 different systems, and I did eventually choose the lowest price.And he said , well , that's fine , he said they're all fantastic . He did some more markings on the paper and came back with $11000?And I said , say , what... what happened to the nine thousand dollars listed. He said oh yeah when you pay your taxes in april that two thousand dollars will be paid back to you. That was certainly not discussed beforehand when i chose the nine thousand dollar unit. I was expecting to pay nine thousand dollars. Jim said he would contact the service department by email and request that they come out and complete the adjustment to the humidifier.I spoke with him later in the day , and he said he put that email in draft folder and forgot to actually send it. When I called the office this morning they had no record of any email being sent regarding the humidifier adjustment. And he is not at work today.So , nothing is being done in that regard. I had been told before not to pay the bill until everything is completely satisfied. I did not follow that rule.I paid the entire amount due and now service is non-existent On what has not been completed. I called the office this morning and got hold of the lady who handles service calls and she had no record.Of anything being done at my address. she said she would check it out and call me back but that has not happened. To say that I am not impressed with Watkins.Service is an understatement. I doubt that I will use this company again.And I certainly will not recommend it to anyone I know.

She spent time answering all of my questions and pointing out that we have a small leak in the drain line from the HVAC unit.

I joined the premium service which has been exceptional. Today, the team cleaned out and checked my water softener, in addition to checking my heating and air. Felix was very professional and provided all the necessary information after the reviews. Great to know my water heater and HVAC are ready for the weather ahead!
