The service technician, Andrew, was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He provided a comprehensive report after the furnace check and was a personable guy.

Got a new Daikon heat pump installed last year. Install went flawlessly and didn’t have any issues for >12 months. Had an issue during the recent cold snap, and they were quick to come out and service for free. They’re honest when you need something, and don’t push a sale if you don’t. Watkins (and Tony A.) rock. On top of that, they’re one of the few places in the Dayton area that also services my gas boiler system (house from 1950s).

Anthony is very knowledgeable of the system we had installed and actually gave us a tutorial of using the thermostat pad, changing the humidifier pad and air filter. Answered all our questions in detail and helped us to better understand our system’s capabilities. Would recommend this company Watkins for new install or maintenance of your current system. Anthony Charles was a nice and very respectful young man!

Jim came out to give me a quote for a furnace and we talked about some of the challenges the house has with heating. He was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Gave me a lot more knowledge on my HVAC system, definitely makes me want to do business with Watkins!

Easy to work with from sales to installation and follow up. Highly recommend Watkins.

The diagnostic service call was fine. Tony was able to identify the problem quickly. The price was as stated on the phone but, as I pointed out, the number did not agree with price indicated on the website. This was adequately explained at the time I paid but it would have been better had that been made clear when we first called. The issue now is the radio silence that has occurred since the service call. Tony indicated the part would take a ~week to get. It's been a week and I have heard nothing. I tried calling Watkins today and no one picked up. I left a voicemail with contact info and no one called back. I'm beginning to feel like I've been ghosted with a broken furnace in the dead of winter. If the parts on back order fine or if it will be here tomorrow fine but share some information already.
